SHANGHAI, Jul. 31 (SMM) – TCs for Chinese lead concentrate (Pb 50%) quote 2000-2100 yuan per tonne (Pb content) for August on July 27, up by 100 yuan per tonne (Pb content) MoM, SMM notes.

Domestic lead smelters raised concentrate TCs with mounting concentrate stocks on hands.

A small number of ore suppliers held back sales, but most moved goods out as usual, sending supply up in market. Some ore suppliers registered anemic sales in concentrate because of soft demand at lead smelters and growing concentrate imports.

TCs for domestic concentrate (Pb 50%) hold stable at 1,900-2,100 yuan per tonne (Pb content) this past week.
